Solar module assembly for qualified Southeast Asia supply requests

Country-specific review before model selection

Southeast Asia solar module procurement

JUSTSOLAR supports qualified distributors, installers, agents, EPCs and project buyers with full-container modules, OEM or private label, small modules, solar cells and selected system components. Start with the destination country and five RFQ details.

We have Tier-1 OEM manufacturing experience under NDA. Customer and supplier names are not published, and this experience does not mean JUSTSOLAR is itself listed as a current Tier-1 brand.

Start Southeast Asia RFQ

Five details make the request reviewable

These fields separate a real procurement request from a generic price inquiry.

1.Buyer type
2.Country
3.Product
4.Quantity, MW or containers
5.Destination port

Why the country route comes first

There is no single Southeast Asia approval path. Keep programme, grid, model evidence, standards, import clearance and commercial supply as separate decisions.

1. Choose the country route

ASEAN cooperation does not replace national utility, product, customs, importer or project procedures.

2. Define the application

State distribution stock, rooftop, industrial, off-grid, utility, tender or replacement use.

3. Match the evidence

Review the exact model, certificate holder, legal manufacturer, production site, standard and revision.

4. Confirm terms in writing

Frank or the Director reviews price, payment, delivery, warranty, offer and PI after qualification.

Country procurement guides

Open the destination guide before requesting a model or document pack. Each page links official authorities and states what still requires buyer, importer, engineer or project review.

Supply paths for qualified buyers

Full-container modules

Model, loading plan and commercial terms follow the written RFQ and current evidence.

Distributor and installer supply

For qualified distributors, installers, agents, EPCs and project buyers.

OEM and private label

Artwork, model, legal manufacturer, certificate and market scope are reviewed before offer.

Small solar modules

Special dimensions and lower-volume applications are reviewed against the specification.

Solar cells

Cell format, grade, quantity, packing and inspection scope must be stated in the RFQ.

Selected system components

Inverters, storage and BOS items are reviewed as supply components, not turnkey project delivery.

Review company evidence, quality and compliance, Import workflow through Official tariff portals, and current product scope before requesting a formal offer.

Southeast Asia procurement FAQ

Is ASEAN one solar module approval or import market?

No. ASEAN provides regional cooperation and trade-information frameworks, but utilities, project routes, product standards, conformity, importer duties, taxes and customs procedures remain country- and application-specific.

Does an ASEAN roadmap approve a JUSTSOLAR product or project?

No. A regional roadmap or target does not prove a JUSTSOLAR model approval, customer, project award, approved-vendor position, stock level, delivery time or order. Exact evidence is reviewed for the named country and application.

Does an AHTN code or trade agreement guarantee a fixed duty rate?

No. The importer should verify the exact classification, description, origin rule, supporting evidence, effective date, tariff measure, tax and destination procedure in the relevant national repository or customs portal.

Can one IEC document cover every Southeast Asia procurement requirement?

No. IEC publications define technical requirements or tests. The buyer must still match the exact model, certificate or report holder, manufacturing site, edition, validity and any national, utility, tender or importer requirement.

What does JUSTSOLAR need before a formal Southeast Asia offer?

Provide buyer type, country, product, quantity or MW or containers, and destination port. Frank or the Director then reviews model, documents, price, payment, delivery, warranty, offer and PI terms in writing.

Start with a reviewable Southeast Asia RFQ

Submit the five details first. Frank or the Director confirms the model, evidence, price, payment, delivery, warranty, offer and PI only after review.
