Solar Module Manufacturing and OEM Evidence Review
Match the production route, factory identity, offered model, quality controls and inspection evidence to the actual order before relying on a manufacturing claim.
Short answer
A factory photo, audit logo or capacity figure alone does not prove the offered order. Match the legal seller, certificate holder, legal manufacturer, production site, exact model, controlled construction, QC plan, inspection scope and dated order documents. Three Manufacturing Review Paths
Select the route before asking for factory-sensitive evidence. Each route has different branding, construction, document, confidentiality and volume questions.
OEM and private label
Define branding, nameplate, product construction, packaging, destination obligations and expected volume before feasibility review.
Buyer due diligence
Define the factory evidence, audit access, inspection agency, test scope, confidentiality and cost responsibility required for the order.
Factory Evidence Boundary
Manufacturing claims must be tied to the offered model, legal entities, allocated site and current document revision. General website statements are not order evidence.
Legal and site identity
Match the legal seller, certificate holder, legal manufacturer and production address to the exact offer. Do not infer one entity from another.
Product identity
Freeze model code, nameplate, dimensions, wattage, construction, bill of materials and the applicable datasheet or model annex.
Process and quality control
Define incoming material, in-process, EL, flash, visual, final inspection and packing records appropriate to the product and buyer.
Capacity and schedule
Confirm only the capacity allocation, material readiness, production window and delivery scope written for the proposed order.
Inspection and document control
Agree access, sampling, acceptance criteria, nonconformity handling and the evidence referenced by the dated quote or PI.
What Common Evidence Actually Shows
Management-system and product standards answer different questions. None replaces the exact order identity, factory allocation, inspection plan or commercial documents.
ISO 9001 quality management
ISO describes ISO 9001 as requirements for a quality management system. A QMS or its certificate does not by itself prove that an offered module, factory allocation or shipment meets the order.
IEC 61215 design qualification
IEC states that the standard covers design qualification and type approval, and that its test results are not a quantitative prediction of module lifetime.
IEC 61730 safety construction
IEC states that the standard covers fundamental electrical and mechanical safety construction and does not encompass every national or regional code.
IECEE certificate records
A certificate search helps identify applicant, holder, model and related scope. It still must be matched to the offered product and order identity.

Qualify the order first, then review only the evidence needed for a serious procurement decision.

Collect buyer type, destination country, target product, quantity and destination port before selecting a production route.

Separate direct-brand, OEM, private-label and project-specific requirements, including branding, documents and confidentiality.

After receiving buyer type, country, product, quantity and destination port, JUSTSOLAR can review the appropriate legal manufacturer, production site, model documents, certificate scope, QC records and inspection route. Factory-sensitive evidence is shared only when the buyer and project context justify access.
Does Tier-1 OEM experience make JUSTSOLAR a BNEF Tier-1 brand?
No. JUSTSOLAR has Tier-1 OEM production experience under NDA, but customer and supplier names are not published. This does not mean JUSTSOLAR itself is a publicly listed BNEF Tier-1 brand or that every order uses the same factory, construction or certificate file.
