What is the Philippines solar procurement context?
The Energy Regulatory Commission published amended net-metering rules in 2025 for qualified end-users and distribution utilities. The Department of Energy separately publishes Green Energy Auction Program materials for auction routes.
Those sources do not prove a JUSTSOLAR customer, model approval, distribution-utility acceptance, auction award, stock position or delivery commitment. The buyer should identify the current project and interconnection route before product selection.

Philippines project and standards review
Keep net-metering, auction, distribution-utility, standards, import and commercial questions separate. One public document cannot answer every route.
- Identify whether the request is net-metering, self-consumption, C&I, auction, utility or another project route.
- Confirm the responsible distribution utility, current application process, hosting information and interconnection requirements.
- Match the exact module model to requested PNS or IEC evidence, certificate holder, site, edition and current status.
- Confirm importer, customs classification, labelling, manuals and destination-market documents before shipment.
- Define which documents belong to the module supplier, importer, EPC, engineer and distribution utility.
Island, weather and delivery review
Port choice and typhoon exposure depend on the exact island, site and project design. Do not substitute a generic fast-shipping or mechanical-load claim for engineering review.

Philippines solar procurement questions
Are Philippines net-metering and the Green Energy Auction Program the same procurement route?
No. The ERC net-metering rules address qualified end-users and distribution-utility processes, while DOE Green Energy Auction materials address auction programs. The buyer should identify the actual project route before requesting module documents or a quote.
Does a PNS or IEC test report make a module automatically DOE or ERC approved?
No. Standards evidence, product regulation, distribution-utility interconnection and project acceptance are separate. Match the exact model, certificate holder, manufacturing site, standard edition, current status and project requirement before relying on a document.
Does JUSTSOLAR publish fixed Manila freight, shipping time or delivered prices?
No. Product, quantity, port, island or delivery place, delivery basis, schedule, documents and current logistics must be reviewed before Frank or the Director confirms a formal offer and PI.
Which module is automatically best for a typhoon-exposed site?
There is no universal answer. The project engineer should define wind actions, mounting, fasteners, module dimensions, mechanical-load evidence, corrosion exposure and acceptance criteria for the exact site and system.
Does JUSTSOLAR disclose Philippine customers or Tier-1 OEM customers?
