What is the Australia solar procurement context?
The Clean Energy Council maintains a dynamic approved PV module list used by the SRES and some network or government programmes. A list entry applies to the exact model and certification scope shown; it is not a blanket approval for a brand, product family, factory or future shipment.
The Clean Energy Regulator separately defines SRES and LRET eligibility. Distribution-network connection, state or territory electrical rules, Australian importer and warranty duties, customs treatment, biosecurity packaging and commercial supply remain separate decisions.

Australia product, scheme, grid and import review
Separate the exact product-list record, scheme route, network agreement, importer responsibility, border entry and commercial supply.
- Identify the buyer, end use, state or territory, project capacity and SRES, LRET, off-grid, resale, tender or other route.
- Match the exact offered model to the current CEC record, licensee or certificate holder, certification scope, production source, model number, documents and listing status at the relevant time.
- Confirm the nominated Australian importer, ABN, warranty responsibility, public product documents, serial-record process and any programme-specific evidence.
- Confirm the distribution network service provider, connection agreement, inverter or export limit, state or territory electrical route, installer responsibility and written design status.
- Confirm the importer, tariff classification, customs value, current tariff and GST treatment, declaration, broker responsibility, timber-packaging route and required documents.
Project, environment and logistics specification review

Australia solar procurement questions
Are all JUSTSOLAR modules CEC approved for Australia?
No blanket claim should be made. The Clean Energy Council list is model-specific and dynamic. Before a formal offer, the exact manufacturer or licensee name, model number, certificate scope, production source, nominated Australian importer and current list record must be matched. A similar model name or an IEC certificate alone is not a current CEC listing.
Does a current module listing automatically make a project eligible for STCs?
No. The Clean Energy Regulator states that systems cannot be pre-approved and eligibility is determined after installation and application. Its current SRES boundary for solar PV is no more than 100 kW with annual output no more than 250 MWh, alongside approved-product, installer and other scheme requirements. The buyer and registered agent should verify the complete current route.
Does IEC evidence or a CEC listing settle Australian grid connection?
No. Product evidence, installation rules and grid connection are separate. The Australian Government says a grid-connected system needs an agreement with the relevant distribution network service provider, which may set inverter-size or export limits. The retailer, installer and project team must also follow the applicable state or territory rules.
Can JUSTSOLAR publish one fixed Australia duty, GST, freight or transit answer?
No. Australian Border Force requires the importer to confirm the exact tariff classification, customs value, current tariff treatment, taxable-importation basis and declaration. Freight, insurance, route, Incoterm, packing and timing must be reviewed for the dated request and stated only in the written offer or PI.
What does JUSTSOLAR need before a formal Australia offer?
