What is the Thailand solar procurement context?
Thailand has separate public procedures for residential rooftop power purchase and for controlled-energy production licensing or exemption. Self-consumption, private commercial arrangements, utility connection and tenders may follow different routes.
A programme, standards entry or public policy does not prove module approval, incentive eligibility, importer treatment, project award, inventory or delivery. The buyer should confirm the current route and responsible parties for the exact site.

Thailand authority, product and import review
Separate the ERC or project route, utility requirements, TISI evidence, importer treatment and commercial supply. One public page or certificate cannot answer every route.
- Identify the site, buyer type, application and current residential, self-consumption, private, licensed, exempt or tender route.
- Confirm the responsible ERC, utility, project owner, engineer, installer and importer roles where applicable.
- Match the exact module to the requested standard, licence or report holder, manufacturing site, edition and current status.
- Confirm importer, tariff classification, origin evidence, duty, tax, labelling and destination documents before shipment.
- Keep authority, utility, importer, installer, incentive and module-supplier responsibilities separate in the written plan.
Site and logistics specification review
Thailand sites and project routes can require different evidence. Define the order and local responsibilities before comparing options.

Thailand solar procurement questions
Is there one Thailand solar approval route for every project?
No. Residential power purchase, self-consumption, private commercial arrangements, controlled-energy licensing or exemption, utility connection and tender routes can have different parties and evidence. Identify the actual site and route before selecting a module.
Does a TIS 61215 standards entry prove the offered module is approved?
No. A standards-list entry does not prove that an offered model holds a current licence or meets a project's requirement. Match the exact standard and edition, licence or report holder, model, manufacturing site, scope, status and buyer requirement.
Are project incentives or duty treatment automatic for a Thailand buyer?
No. Incentive eligibility, importer treatment, origin, classification, duty, tax and documentary evidence depend on the project and current official procedure. They must be verified by the project owner and importer rather than promised on a supplier web page.
Does JUSTSOLAR publish fixed Thailand freight, delivery or payment terms?
No. Freight, route, loading, timing, payment and warranty depend on the written request and current evidence. The formal offer and PI are the commercial source of truth after qualification.
