No. EU product and import rules, national grid processes, incentives, tenders and project acceptance are different layers. Evidence must be checked for the exact model, legal manufacturer or brand owner, importer, country and use.
No. CE marking applies only where specific EU rules require it, and the responsible manufacturer or brand owner must identify applicable requirements and maintain the declaration and technical documentation. Importers, authorities, grids, tenders and projects can require additional review.
The European Commission's current sector page lists cement, aluminium, fertilisers, iron and steel, hydrogen, and electricity; it does not list finished photovoltaic modules as a separate sector. The importer must still check the exact CN code, product composition, origin and current rules.
