Quick answer

Can JUSTSOLAR supply solar modules for qualified buyers in Hungary?

Yes. JUST SOLAR is a solar module factory with 5 GW annual capacity and confidential Tier-1 OEM manufacturing experience under NDA. We review full-container modules, OEM or private label, small modules, solar cells and selected system components for qualified Hungary B2B requests. Customer and supplier names are not published; model availability, documents, price, payment, delivery, warranty and final terms are confirmed only after RFQ review and in a written offer or PI.

What is the Hungary solar procurement context?

The European Commission publishes the final updated Hungarian National Energy and Climate Plan. Current Hungarian distribution guidance defines HMKE as low-voltage generation with no more than 50 kVA at one connection point. The MEKH POD result is informational; the responsible DSO issues the project-specific MGT. These sources do not prove a JUSTSOLAR customer, order, stock position, project award, fixed price, product approval or grid connection.

Which Hungary grid route applies?

Start with connection class and point, then identify the named network operator. A MEKH information result, MGT, connection approval and module supply are separate decisions.

HMKE route up to 50 kVA

Current Hungarian distribution rules define HMKE as low-voltage generation with no more than 50 kVA at one connection point. The MEKH POD result is informational; the responsible DSO issues the project-specific MGT.

Other distribution-grid project

Name the regional DSO, connection point, voltage, installed and export capacity, storage scope, and the status of the study, MGT, application or connection agreement.

Transmission-grid project

Use the project owner's current connection documents to identify the transmission route and operator. Do not infer that route, available capacity or approval from module quantity or project MW alone.

Five details required for a Hungary RFQ

The importer, project route and destination are more useful than a message asking only for price.

  1. 01

    Buyer type

Distributor, installer, agent, EPC or project buyer

  2. 02

    Country

Hungary and the intended project, resale or onward-distribution market

  3. 03

    Product

Module, OEM/private label, small module, cell or selected system component

  4. 04

    Quantity

Pieces, container count, MW or a repeat purchasing forecast

  5. 05

    Destination port

Named EU port and Hungarian delivery city for the requested delivery basis

EU import and Hungary project review

Policy, network connection, storage design, product conformity and customs are separate questions. The importer and project team should identify the current route before claims are made.

  • Identify the EU importer, destination, intended use and customs classification for the exact product.
  • Separate household-sized, commercial and industrial, distribution and utility-scale project routes.
  • For an HMKE route, confirm a low-voltage connection and no more than 50 kVA at the connection point, then check the current MEKH feed-in information for the specific POD.
  • Treat the MEKH result as informational; obtain the current MGT technical and economic terms from the responsible distribution operator.
  • For any other distribution or transmission route, name the operator, connection point, voltage, installed and export capacity, storage scope and document status.
  • Confirm applicable EU conformity, labelling, WEEE, customs, tariff, tender and lender requirements before shipment.

Site and tender specification review

Do not select a module only from a generic wattage, technology or storage claim. Define the exact project conditions and documentary requirements.

  • Project location, intended application and electrical design basis
  • Temperature, snow, wind, agricultural or industrial exposure relevant to the site
  • Mounting system, maximum system voltage and project-approved module dimensions
  • Inverter, storage, protection, controls and network-operator document requirements
  • Requested inspection scope, delivery basis, EU port and Hungarian delivery city

Hungary solar procurement questions

Can JUSTSOLAR supply solar modules for qualified buyers in Hungary?

Yes. JUST SOLAR is a solar module factory with 5 GW annual capacity and confidential Tier-1 OEM manufacturing experience under NDA. We review full-container modules, OEM or private label, small modules, solar cells and selected system components for qualified Hungary B2B requests. Customer and supplier names are not published; model availability, documents, price, payment, delivery, warranty and final terms are confirmed only after RFQ review and in a written offer or PI.

What is the useful Hungary market signal for a solar buyer?

The European Commission lists Hungary's final updated National Energy and Climate Plan as submitted in 2024. That policy context supports project research, but it is not evidence of a JUSTSOLAR order, customer, stock position, project award, fixed price or grid connection.

Does the MEKH feed-in checker approve a project or product?

No. MEKH describes it as an informational POD-based check for household-sized low-voltage generation. It does not replace the formal application or the technical and economic information issued by the responsible distribution operator, and it must not be extrapolated to C&I or utility projects.

Which Hungary grid route should a project buyer identify first?

Identify an HMKE route only when the project is low-voltage and no more than 50 kVA at the connection point. Otherwise name the distribution or transmission operator, connection point, voltage, installed and export capacity, storage scope, and current study, MGT, application or agreement status. A module quote does not create a MEKH result, MGT, grid approval or reserved capacity.

Can a module or quote pack be described as storage ready?

Not without the project design. Compatibility depends on the inverter, battery, controls, protection, network operator, connection capacity and project documents. Each requested component must be reviewed for the exact system.

Does JUSTSOLAR publish a fixed Hungary module or delivered price?

No. Product specification, quantity, destination, requested Incoterm, schedule, project route and import scope must be reviewed before Frank or the Director confirms a formal offer and PI.

Do CE marking and CBAM use one blanket rule for every solar shipment?

No. CE marking applies only where specific harmonised EU rules require it, and the responsible manufacturer and importer must review the exact product. The Commission's current CBAM sector page does not list finished photovoltaic modules as a separate sector, but the importer must check the exact CN code, product composition and current rules.

Does JUSTSOLAR disclose its Tier-1 OEM customers or Hungarian projects?

No. JUSTSOLAR can state Tier-1 OEM manufacturing experience under NDA, but customer and supplier names are not published and no public BNEF listing, MEKH approval, grid connection, project award, product approval or import clearance is implied.
