PNRR Agri-PV + CBAM Ready (2026)

CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) is fully enforced in Italy as EU member state. Chinese-origin solar modules face carbon cost adjustment starting 2026. JUSTSOLAR's Macedonia factory (non-EU but EU-aligned origin) offers the cleanest mitigation — we provide Certificate of Origin + embedded emissions declaration in CBAM format. Italian Customs (Agenzia delle Dogane) accepts Macedonia-origin documentation.

CE mark mandatory (EU LVD + EMC Directive). IEC 61215 + IEC 61730 (we provide). For grid interconnection: CEI 0-16 (medium-voltage) or CEI 0-21 (low-voltage). Terna grid code compliance for utility-scale. For PNRR-funded Agri-PV projects: GSE (Gestore dei Servizi Energetici) pre-approval + CEI compliance. Extremely. PNRR (National Recovery Plan) allocates €1.1B specifically for Agri-PV 2023-2026. Minimum criteria: 70% crop yield retained, dual land use, specific technology requirements. Italy has ~5 GW of Agri-PV pipeline. For Agri-PV projects, high-efficiency modules (HJT 730W or 640W TOPCon) are preferred to maximize kWp per hectare without over-shading crops. Payment terms are confirmed in the formal PI. For new Italian buyers and most first orders, JUSTSOLAR uses 100% T/T before shipment. Any exception requires written approval from Frank and will be stated in the PI. EUR or USD may be reviewed in the PI.

Southern Italy (Sicily, Puglia, Calabria): HJT 730W captures 3-4% more annual yield due to lower temperature coefficient in high ambient. Central Italy (Tuscany, Lazio): either works, TOPCon usually better $/W. Northern Italy (Lombardy, Piedmont): TOPCon 600W optimal — moderate climate doesn't reward HJT premium. For Agri-PV: high-efficiency modules (HJT or TOPCon 640W) for dense kWp packing.
