The Ministry of Energy and European Commission publish the final updated Bulgarian National Energy and Climate Plan. The current EWRC ordinance index records an amendment to Ordinance No. 6 in State Gazette issue 35 of 14 April 2026. The amendment adds specific conditions for selected add-ons at existing consumption sites; it does not create a blanket no-application route for solar or storage.
