Project-input screening
Solar LCOE screening calculator
Use your own project cost, generation, operating cost, lifetime, degradation and discount rate. The result is a transparent screening calculation, not a quote or investment recommendation.
Enter project-owned inputs
No market defaults are prefilled. Use one currency consistently for cost inputs; the result label uses USD only when the entered project budget is in USD.
Five RFQ details still required

- 02
Country
Project country and the applicable project or resale route
- 03
Product
Module, OEM/private label, small module, cell or selected system component
- 04
Quantity
Pieces, container count, MW or repeat purchasing forecast
- 05
Destination port
Named destination port and final delivery city
Inputs that require project review
- Measured or independently modelled year-one generation and loss assumptions
- Complete initial project cost rather than module price alone
- Annual operating cost plus scheduled replacement, insurance, land, tax and grid costs
- Project-specific degradation, availability, curtailment, lifetime and discount-rate assumptions
- Financing, revenue, tax, inflation and residual-value analysis outside this screening formula
Final specification, price, availability, lead time, warranty, certification scope and payment terms are confirmed only through Frank or Director review and the formal offer and PI path.
LCOE screening questions
What does this LCOE screening calculation include?
It divides the present value of user-entered initial and annual operating costs by the present value of user-entered generation after degradation. Every commercial and technical input must come from the project team.
Is the result a price, quotation, investment return or PPA recommendation?
No. It is a screening result from the values entered in the browser. It is not a module quote, project valuation, IRR, payback forecast, financing opinion, PPA tariff or investment recommendation.
Why are there no regional yield or project-cost defaults?
Generic regional values can conceal site, weather, loss, grid, tax, labour and financing differences. Use a current site-specific energy model and project budget instead of treating a public default as evidence.
How does an LCOE screen become a qualified module RFQ?
Send buyer type, country, product, quantity or MW, destination port, target schedule and the technical documents needed for the project. Frank or the Director reviews the formal offer and PI separately.
