What changes a comparable quote

Product specification

Technology, wattage, dimensions, bill-of-material requirements and document scope affect which supply route can be reviewed.

Quantity and packing

Pieces, container count or MW provide the basis for loading and commercial review without implying a fixed public MOQ.

Destination and Incoterm

A named port and requested delivery basis are needed before freight, insurance and destination scope can be compared.

Schedule and availability

Target purchasing timing is reviewed against the suitable product and production or allocation path at that time.

Compliance and inspection

Certification, testing, inspection and documentation needs must be defined for the destination market and buyer process.

Commercial review

Price, currency, payment, warranty and delivery commitments are confirmed only in the formal offer and PI path.
