What is the Mexico solar procurement context?
Mexico's CNE publishes current distributed-generation instruments and CFE provides connection and interconnection request procedures. The applicable route still depends on project capacity, network, application and effective rules.
Grid or project procedure, product-standard evidence, importer and customs treatment, and commercial supply are separate decisions. A public standards entry, tariff notice or interconnection page does not prove a JUSTSOLAR approval, customer, project, stock position or delivery.

Mexico solar procurement questions
Is one NOM or standards entry enough for every Mexico solar project?
No. The official PLATIICA catalogue lists specific NMX photovoltaic-module standards and their status. A catalogue entry does not prove a JUSTSOLAR model certification, establish one blanket NOM for every project or replace the current buyer, engineer, utility, tender and conformity review.
Does the distributed-generation route cover every project in Mexico?
No. CNE publishes the current distributed-generation framework and CFE provides request procedures, but the applicable route depends on project capacity, application, network, connection point and effective rules. Larger, utility, private-network or tender projects require their own review.
Can JUSTSOLAR publish one fixed Mexico import duty or landed tax?
No. The importer and customs broker should verify the exact product description, tariff classification, origin, effective LIGIE and TIGIE modifications, non-tariff requirements, customs value, contributions and destination treatment before the import declaration.
Does an IEC or NMX report prove local acceptance?
No. Match the exact model, certificate or report holder, legal manufacturer, production site, standard, edition, validity and scope to the purchaser, project, utility, engineer, tender and current Mexico requirements.
