What is the Chile solar procurement context?
SEC publishes the distributed-generation-for-self-consumption route, including authorized installers and products, the TE4 process and distribution-company steps. CNE separately publishes current low-voltage and PMGD technical norms.
Project and connection procedure, exact-model evidence, importer and customs treatment, and commercial supply are separate decisions. A public list, technical norm, trade agreement or IEC report does not prove a JUSTSOLAR approval, customer, project, stock position or delivery.

Chile grid, product and import review
Separate SEC or CNE project procedure, exact-model evidence, importer responsibility, origin treatment and commercial supply.
- Identify the buyer, final market, application, project capacity, voltage and self-consumption, netbilling, PMGD, utility, tender or other route.
- Confirm the current SEC, CNE, distribution-company or network procedure, application status, connection point and engineering responsibility.
- Where the route requires it, match the exact product to the current SEC list and supporting model evidence; do not treat one listing as blanket project approval.
- Confirm the importer, tariff classification, product description, origin rule, current schedule, origin evidence, customs value, measures, taxes and documents.
- Keep SEC, CNE, network, engineer, importer, customs professional, installer and module-supplier responsibilities separate in writing.
Site and logistics specification review
Chile requests can differ by grid route, site environment, project evidence and destination. Define the request before comparing products or delivery options.

Chile solar procurement questions
Is one SEC listing enough for every Chile solar project?
No. SEC publishes an authorized-product route for distributed generation for self-consumption, but the exact model and evidence must match the applicable scope. Installer authorization, system design, TE4 declaration, distribution-company connection and other project approvals remain separate.
Does netbilling or the PMGD route cover every project in Chile?
No. SEC and CNE publish distinct self-consumption, low-voltage and medium-voltage PMGD materials. The applicable route depends on the application, project capacity, voltage, network, connection point, status and effective technical rules.
Does the China-Chile agreement guarantee one fixed import duty?
No. Preferential treatment depends on the exact tariff line, product description, origin rule, current schedule, effective date and valid origin evidence. The importer and customs professional should verify classification, customs value, taxes, measures and documents for the transaction.
Does an IEC report or technology label prove Chile performance or acceptance?
No. Match the exact model, certificate or report holder, legal manufacturer, production site, standard, edition, validity and scope. Project acceptance and energy performance also depend on the buyer, authority, engineer, network, design and site assumptions.
