Qatar B2B solar procurement
Solar module procurement for Qatar
Prepare buyer type, country, product, quantity and destination port. JUSTSOLAR then reviews the requested supply path, Qatar grid route and model-specific document scope before any formal offer or PI.

What is the Qatar solar procurement context?
KAHRAMAA publishes the BeSolar service, technical specifications, consumer guidance, inspection and testing material, safety guidance, design checklists and connection forms. Those documents describe distinct customer, consultant, contractor, design and network steps; they are not a generic product or project approval.
Qatar's renewable-energy policy, Qatar Standards, Customs and QatarEnergy have different roles. Grid connection, project procurement, product evidence, standards, import clearance and commercial supply remain separate decisions, and a public project entry does not prove JUSTSOLAR participation.

Qatar grid, model and import review
Identify the buyer's actual application and responsible authority before selecting a model. Keep network, project, product, standards, import and commercial responsibilities separate.
- Identify whether the request is distribution stock, a BeSolar customer-connected system, utility or tender supply, industrial use, off-grid application or onward distribution.
- Confirm the customer account, site, connection point, voltage, requested capacity, self-consumption or export arrangement and current KAHRAMAA application status.
- Separate owner, consultant, contractor, design, connection, inspection and testing approvals from evidence for the requested module model, factory and shipment.
- Identify the current Qatari or GCC standard and project specification, then confirm mandatory status, full text, test method, certificate scope and acceptance authority.
- Have the importer verify the current HS code, origin, customs value, tariff treatment, duty, permit, restriction, approval and document route through Qatar Customs, Al Nadeeb and relevant authorities.
Site, acceptance and logistics review
Qatar requests may involve commercial roofs, distributed generation, industrial sites, desert exposure or utility procurement. Equipment and logistics follow the actual site and buyer specification, not a generic country recommendation.
- City or industrial area, application, project owner, buyer role, network route and responsible authority
- Roof, ground or other mounting layout, module dimensions and engineer-approved structural and electrical criteria
- Heat, dust, sand, humidity, salt, wind or industrial exposure relevant to the site and acceptance plan
- Requested standard, test, certificate, inspection, label, packing, serial, factory and shipment evidence
- Hamad Port, another named delivery place, requested Incoterm and onward-logistics responsibility

Qatar solar procurement questions
Can JUSTSOLAR supply solar modules for qualified buyers in Qatar?
Yes. JUST SOLAR is a solar module factory with 5 GW annual capacity and confidential Tier-1 OEM manufacturing experience under NDA. We review full-container modules, OEM or private label, small modules, solar cells and selected system components for qualified Qatar B2B requests. Customer and supplier names are not published; model availability, documents, price, payment, delivery, warranty and final terms are confirmed only after RFQ review and in a written offer or PI.
Does JUSTSOLAR claim blanket KAHRAMAA or BeSolar approval?
No. KAHRAMAA publishes the BeSolar service, connection material and technical requirements, and it determines the applicable connection point and network review. None of those sources gives every JUSTSOLAR model, factory, shipment or project a blanket approval.
Does the KAHRAMAA connection specification approve a module for every Qatar project?
No. It describes network and system requirements and refers to other codes and requirements. It does not replace the project application, connection-point and hosting-capacity assessment, consultant or contractor process, design review, inspection, testing, or model-specific evidence review.
Are IEC reports or a G-Mark statement alone enough for Qatar?
Not by assumption. The buyer should identify the current Qatari or GCC standard, mandatory status, project specification, acceptance authority and import requirement. Match evidence to the certificate holder, legal manufacturer, production site, model family, standard edition and current scope.
Can JUSTSOLAR claim Al Kharsaah, QatarEnergy or industrial-city project supply?
No. A public project, plant, port, industrial city or policy reference does not prove a JUSTSOLAR sale, customer, award, approved-vendor position, lender acceptance or project eligibility. Buyer-requested evidence is reviewed separately under NDA after qualification.
Does JUSTSOLAR publish fixed Qatar duty, freight, delivery or payment terms?
No. The importer and adviser must confirm the current HS code, origin, customs value, tariff treatment, duties, permits, approvals and documents through Qatar Customs, Al Nadeeb and relevant authorities. Frank or the Director confirms freight, delivery, price, payment, warranty, offer and PI terms in writing after review.
Official sources and scope
Sources were reviewed on 15 August 2026. They define public policy or standards context; they do not prove a JUSTSOLAR product approval, customer, project, inventory position, price, delivery time or order.
