What is the Jordan solar procurement context?
EMRC publishes the current renewable-energy connection regulation, guidance and licensing material. Its newer framework distinguishes mechanisms, sectors, locations and earlier approvals, so an old net-metering, wheeling or project-size statement is not a reusable approval for a new request.
MEMR provides legislation and strategy context, JSMO maintains the standards search, and Jordan Customs and the Trade Portal cover import procedures. Policy, grid connection, licensed installation work, product evidence, standards, import clearance and commercial supply remain separate decisions.

Jordan connection, model and import review
Identify the buyer's current route before selecting a model. Keep connection, installer or supplier licensing, product evidence, standards and import responsibilities separate.
- Identify whether the request is distribution stock, on-site or off-site consumption, zero-export, another current connection mechanism, utility or tender supply, off-grid use or onward distribution.
- Confirm the responsible distribution or transmission entity, customer account, site, sector, consumption profile, voltage, requested capacity, application status and treatment of any earlier approval.
- Separate EMRC licensing for people or companies supplying, installing, operating, maintaining or inspecting renewable systems from approval of the requested module model or shipment.
- Use the JSMO search to identify a possible Jordanian standard, then confirm the current full text, status, mandatory scope, test method and acceptance authority.
- Have the importer verify the current tariff classification, origin, valuation, duties, taxes, prior approvals, clearance steps and shipment documents through the Trade Portal, Customs and relevant authorities.
Site, acceptance and logistics review
Jordan requests may involve industrial roofs, ground systems, distribution stock or off-grid applications. Equipment and logistics follow the actual site and buyer specification, not a generic country recommendation.
- Governorate or city, application, project owner, buyer role, network route and responsible authority
- Roof, ground or other mounting layout, module dimensions and engineer-approved structural and electrical criteria
- Heat, dust, sand, humidity, salt, wind or other exposure relevant to the exact site and acceptance plan
- Requested standard, test, certificate, inspection, label, packing, serial, factory and shipment evidence
- Aqaba or another named delivery place, requested Incoterm and onward-logistics responsibility

Jordan solar procurement questions
Can JUSTSOLAR supply solar modules for qualified buyers in Jordan?
Yes. JUST SOLAR is a solar module factory with 5 GW annual capacity and confidential Tier-1 OEM manufacturing experience under NDA. We review full-container modules, OEM or private label, small modules, solar cells and selected system components for qualified Jordan B2B requests. Customer and supplier names are not published; model availability, documents, price, payment, delivery, warranty and final terms are confirmed only after RFQ review and in a written offer or PI.
Does JUSTSOLAR claim blanket EMRC, MEMR or distribution-company approval?
No. MEMR provides policy and legislation, EMRC publishes regulatory and connection material, and the responsible network company reviews the applicable project route. None of those sources gives every JUSTSOLAR model, factory, shipment or project a blanket approval.
Can a buyer rely on an old net-metering, wheeling or project-size rule?
No. The current EMRC material distinguishes mechanisms, sectors, locations, consumption profiles and earlier approvals. The buyer should identify the current application route, responsible network company, account, site, voltage and connection conditions instead of relying on an old generic cap or label.
Are IEC test reports alone enough for a Jordan project?
Not by assumption. Use the JSMO search to identify the possible Jordanian standard and status, then confirm the full standard, mandatory status and acceptance route. Match product evidence to the certificate holder, legal manufacturer, production site, model family, standard edition and current scope.
Can JUSTSOLAR claim Jordan customers, projects or blanket bankability?
No. A public market, policy, port or project reference does not prove a JUSTSOLAR sale, customer, award, approved-vendor position, lender acceptance or third-party brand status. Any buyer-requested reference or evidence is reviewed separately under NDA after qualification.
Does JUSTSOLAR publish fixed Jordan duty, tax, freight, delivery or payment terms?
No. The importer and adviser must confirm the current tariff item, origin, valuation, duties, taxes, approvals and documents through the Jordan Trade Portal, Customs and relevant authorities. Frank or the Director confirms freight, delivery, price, payment, warranty, offer and PI terms in writing after review.
Official sources and scope
Sources were reviewed on 15 August 2026. They define public policy or standards context; they do not prove a JUSTSOLAR product approval, customer, project, inventory position, price, delivery time or order.
