Solar EPC contract preparation checklist
A useful EPC contract identifies the parties, document hierarchy, project scope, interfaces, evidence, acceptance process, commercial mechanisms and change procedure before work starts. Penalties, guarantees, payment milestones and warranty terms must be negotiated for the actual project rather than copied from a universal percentage or timetable.

Solar EPC contract questions
Is this a legal EPC contract template?
No. It is a preparation checklist. The parties should use qualified legal, engineering, insurance, tax and project advisers for the actual contract.
Does a FIDIC form apply automatically to every solar project?
No. Contract form selection, licensing, employer requirements and particular conditions depend on the project, procurement route, risk allocation and governing law.
What penalty, guarantee or payment percentage should the contract use?
There is no universal answer. The parties and their advisers should set measurable obligations, evidence, caps, remedies and payment conditions for the actual project and law.
Can JUSTSOLAR accept responsibility for the complete EPC project?
Not through this page. JUSTSOLAR's initial review is limited to product-supply fit. Any accepted seller, model, quantity, evidence, price, payment, delivery, warranty, offer or PI is confirmed in writing.
What should I send for an initial product review?
Send buyer type, country, product, quantity and destination port or site. Add the project specification, procurement stage and required evidence when available.
