Solar modules representing model-specific document review

Buyer document register | Reviewed 24 August 2026

Solar Module Documents and Certificate Verification

Open the public references, verify what each file actually covers, then request the current model- and order-specific document set with five buying details.

Short answer

A public PDF is a starting point, not proof that it covers the offered order. Verify the document number through the issuer, then match the exact model, holder, legal manufacturer, production site, controlled construction, standard edition, current status and destination requirement.

Public Document Register

Two immutable public references remain available for buyer review. Neither file is a promise that another model, order, factory, certificate, warranty, price, stock or delivery schedule is covered.

Product certificate

TUV SUD Z2 121422 0003 Rev. 00

2-page PDF with model annex

The hosted PDF names JUST SOLAR GROUP LIMITED as holder and lists eight JST model-family ranges. Its current status and offered-model fit still require verification.

Use it to identify a small-module reference. Current electrical data, construction, packing, availability and commercial fit require written confirmation.

What the Public Certificate Says

These facts are transcribed from the hosted two-page PDF. They describe the file, not the independent current status or applicability to a new order.

Five Verification Steps

Keep the path short: inspect the whole file, use the issuer route, match the offer and bind accepted evidence to the written order.

  1. 01

    Open the complete file

Read both pages, including the holder, number, validity wording, model annex, parameters, standards and test-report reference.

  2. 02

    Use the issuer route

Search the certificate number in the official TUV SUD Product Service certificate explorer. A hosted copy alone is not independent status proof.

  3. 03

    Match the offered model

Compare the exact model and nameplate with the listed family and output range. A related JST model is not automatically covered.

  4. 04

    Match the order identity

Confirm the legal seller, certificate holder, legal manufacturer, production site and controlled construction for the proposed order.

  5. 05

    Reference accepted files

Keep the accepted datasheet, certificate, warranty and evidence set referenced by the dated quote, PI or order documents.

Request the Order-Specific Set

The public register supports discovery. Current commercial files are selected after the buyer, product, destination and quantity are known.

Buyer Questions

Does the public certificate cover every JUSTSOLAR module?

No. The PDF lists defined JST model-family and output ranges. Match the exact offered model, holder, legal manufacturer, production site, controlled construction, standard edition, certificate status and destination requirement before relying on it.

Does the date printed in the PDF prove the certificate is currently active?

No. The PDF states a validity date unless cancelled earlier. Buyers should check the certificate number in the official TUV SUD Product Service certificate explorer and confirm the offered model and order identity.

How do I request the current document set for an order?

Send buyer type, country, product, quantity and destination port, plus any tender, grid, customs, installer or financing requirement. Frank or Director confirms applicable files before any formal recommendation, quote or PI.
